I’m currently working on League of Legends: Wild Rift as the UX Lead on Content Acquisition.
As the original UX Owner of the League of Legends: Wild Rift around-game client, I created an Experience Guide that laid the foundation for the Wild Rift around-game. This project covers the worked to align a cross-functional and cross-cultural collaborators around a design vision, leading to a successful foundation for one of the biggest games in the world.
Wild Rift is a competitive mobile game intended to provide players with opportunities for deep mastery and moments of high skill expression. This projects goes over the design process for balancing the quality of life features that are expected from a mobile game with a highly competitive game experience worthy of the Riot Games title.
As the UX Lead of the Content Acquisition Team, I am responsible for how Wild Rift players set goals, collect things that are meaningful and express themselves in their own style. This project will detail how I created a complex motivation eco-system that catered to different player needs, paced their engagement and gave them a satisfying journey.
As the UX Lead of a connected sleep tracking mobile application, I discovering user needs when it came to sleep and strategically designed a product to help users reach their sleep goals.
